2. Nature of the Service

Yuppify is a decentralized platform enabling creators to share, monetize, and secure their digital content through blockchain technologies, including but not limited to NFTs, crypto tokens, and token-gated access.

3. Content Ownership

• All rights to content remain with the respective creators.
• Yuppify does not claim ownership over any content uploaded, tokenized, or shared through the platform.

4. Storage and Encryption

• Yuppify does not store user content data on its servers.
• All content is encrypted and pushed to decentralized storage solutions such as IPFS.
• Content may be pinned for persistence; however, long-term availability depends on decentralized networks and external pinning infrastructure.
• Creators are responsible for ensuring their content remains available. If a creator wants guaranteed persistence, they must arrange their own pinning or backup solutions.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload or share.
• You must not upload or distribute content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains harmful material.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys. Loss of access to your wallet may result in permanent loss of access to content or assets.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

As content is stored on decentralized networks (e.g., IPFS), Yuppify does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of specific content.
• Yuppify does not guarantee permanent hosting of files. While pinning support may be provided, the ultimate responsibility for maintaining persistent availability lies with the creators.

7. Financial Risks and Transactions

• Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible.
• Fees, gas costs, and token values are outside of Yuppify's control.
• You acknowledge the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including volatility, transaction delays, or failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yuppify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Content loss, corruption, or unavailability.
• Unauthorized access due to compromised wallet credentials.
• Blockchain or decentralized storage failures.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date.
